One of the most magnificent view points in Fujiyoshida city. In the season of cherry blossom, various people including photographers, families, and couples come to the park to take the photos of Cherry blossoms and Mt.Fuji together, and they smile at the magnificent scenery.At the entrance of the park, there is Arakura sengen shrine, and the front approach to the shrine is lighted up after dark. Free parking of the capacity of 120 cars is available at the entrance. Walking up the long stairs going for a memorial monument is nice. A cherry blossom festival is held during the peak bloom date of cherry blossoms, and you see the dedication of Shinto music and dance numbers "Okagura".The best time to see: Mid-April

The Narusawa area’s roadside rest and shopping hub offers the visitor splendid views of Mount Fuji and much more. The shop in the main building sells freshly harvested local highland fruits and vegetables, as well as locally brewed sake and ready-to-eat condiments.
Kitaguchi Hongu Fuji Sengen Shrine is located amidst a dense old-growth forest, which denotes ties to the spirit world. The long, atmospheric approach to the main shrine is lined with mossy stone lanterns and shaded by tall cedar trees.

The Tokaichiba and Natsugari Springs are a collection of springs originating from Mount Fuji. When snow or rain falls on the slopes of the mountain, the water is filtered through many layers of volcanic ash and pebbles before eventually resurfacing in these springs.
