Fujiten Snow Resort extends over the foot of Mt. Fuji and has four lifts and seven slopes to entertain skiers from beginner to advanced level. It's located just approx. 90 minutes from the metropolitan area allowing you to visit and return to Tokyo on the same day, and you can enjoy a magnificent view on the way. "Chibikko (Kids) Island" is for visitors with children, complete with a sled slope and a ski trail for kids only. This facility is safe and fun for everyone from groups to small children. There are also many events for each season. The “Bravo Hanabi (fireworks)” in the clear night sky of winter is recommended for everyone. You can enjoy the beauty of fireworks, different from those in summer. You can also have a lot of fun during the summer. Mid-May through mid-October, you can enjoy mountain-bike riding, grass skiing, grass-boarding, and survival games in the grass slopes.
