Otsuki Garden Golf Club
The Otsuki Garden Golf Club opened in 1995, and is in a great location 100 km from central Tokyo. It features a British-style clubhouse, outstanding views of Mt. Fuji, and views that change with each season, so it is a course that always feels fresh to play on.
Tsuru City has been selected as one of the seven advanced groups in Japan working for the realization of the “towns of lifelong activities” concept that the national government is promoting.
All of the holes here have nearly flat layouts, so this is an easy course to play on. The course layout requires precision over hitting distances, so it is easy for women to play here.
Course guide
The target zone for the tee shot is near the forest to the left rear of the set of two fairway bunkers on the right. In order to cross over these bunkers, it is necessary to be able to hit a carry of over 215 yards from the tee ground.
There are large Japanese zelkova trees on the left side of the fairway, so if the tee shot goes too far to the left, aiming for the green could be difficult. The best position is the left side of the right bunker.
