Fujikawa Country Club

This course features a layout on the southwest-facing slopes of a small hill. It has great scenery, including holes with views of Mt. Fuji and holes overlooking Fujikawa River. The climate here is mild and there is little rainfall, so golf games can be enjoyed year round. The holes keep players engaged with features such as doglegs and valley-crossings, and many herald this course as interesting and worth another visit. Golfers of all levels can enjoy a pleasant game here.

In the summer, a cool breeze blows on this course from Fujikawa River that runs below it, so it is cool and comfortable to play here. In the winter, the course receives pleasant sunlight and is warm, so it can be enjoyed year round.

This is a mountain course. Long-range shots can be hit on the outward. The inward requires accurate shots. Shot areas can be expanded by looking closely at the points that need to be avoided and effectively using slopes. Hitting over the short ravines is the key to getting a good score here.

Transportation details	Visiting by car [Directions] From Chuo Expressway Kofu-Minami Interchange, proceed toward Kofu and turn left just before Shimosone-bashi Bridge. Proceed on the prefectural road past Ichikawamisato-cho, and turn left onto National Route 52. Go through Nishijima Tunnel, and turn right at Teuchizawa-bashi Kitazume Intersection, which is the third traffic light. The course is 3 km from here. Visiting by train From JR Minobu Line Kai-Iwama Station, taxi ride of 15 minutes (about 1,800 yen). From Kofu Station, taxi ride of 40 minutes (about 9,000 yen).
