Kobutizawa Country Club

This course was designed under the supervision of Kokichi Yasuda, and it opened on May 2, 1989. It is located at an elevation of 1,150 m, and it is a forest course that has separations consisting of naturally growing silver birch and Japanese larch trees. Majestic mountains can be seen from each of the holes, including the Yatsugatake Mountains and Minami Alps and Mt. Fuji, so there is an exceptional sense of exhilaration while playing here. Passenger carts can be driven on the fairways.

Kobuchisawa Country Club is the only course in Yamanashi Prefecture to provide complete fairway entry for passenger carts. There is a high elevation, so driver hitting distances are increased!

This course features slightly long short holes. A key point is considering how to approach the par-3 holes with relatively long distances.

Course guide

Hole No. 13 has the only downhill lie at Kobuchisawa Country Club. There is an amazing view from the tee ground. Golfers can take big swings while facing the Minami Alps!

Mt. Fuji is visible when standing on the green. Golfers might not notice this if they are concentrating too much on their putts.

Kobuchisawa Country Club offers a large selection of items from the Swedish brand “J.Lindeberg.” Stopping by the shop here is recommended.

How about taking a break at this terrace where there is a great view? Draft beer tastes especially good when enjoyed at a terrace!

The entranceway was revamped in spring 2016. This is lit in the early morning and evening.
